Oakley, part of EssilorLuxottica, is seeking a Sales Supervisor for a store in Missouri. You will work closely with the store manager to learn store management, deliver exceptional customer service, drive sales, and protect assets while maintaining Oakley’s visual presentation standards.

Responsibilities include training staff, scheduling, restocking, and ensuring policy compliance to meet revenue, profit, and customer service goals. Flexibility to work evenings and weekends is required.

Competenze

• Two years retail experience in a specialized environment.
• At least one year of retail management experience.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong communication skills, verbal and written.
• Ability to train staff and develop team.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 lbs.

• Achieves high levels of performance and sales results.
• Assists store manager in training and managing all employees to maximize sales.
• Assigns tasks and assists with scheduling hours according to payroll matrix.
• Ensures visual standards and merchandise presentation compliance.
