Your Mission:
  • Provide high standards of customer experience aligned with PUMA’s Brand Values and service standards.
  • Ensure the store meets or exceeds sales, KPIs, and profitability goals through effective planning, expense control, and customer service.
  • Assist in recruiting, training, developing, and succession planning for high-performing employees.
  • Manage payroll and scheduling to maximize profitability and customer service.
  • Communicate merchandise opportunities to the Store and Assistant Store Managers.
  • Comply with all policies, procedures, and operational standards.
  • Maintain a safe and healthy shopping and working environment.
  • Work non-traditional hours, including weekends, evenings, holidays, and overtime as required.
Your Talent:
  • 1-2 years’ experience in retail, preferably in apparel/footwear, with a focus on customer service.
  • Proven ability to exceed sales goals and handle complex issues.
  • Strong team player with excellent communication skills.
  • Quick learner with basic computer skills, including MS Office.
  • Ability to lift/carry and push/pull up to 30 pounds regularly.

The base pay ranges from $22.00 to $24.00, plus bonus and benefits. Pay may vary based on experience and skills.
