Albertsons Companies Inc. via Safeway is seeking a Retail Sales and Store Support team member to keep aisles clean, stocked, and easy to shop. You will assist customers, answer questions, and maintain a welcoming store environment across departments.

You’ll stock shelves, rotate products, update signage, and ensure backroom organization throughout shifts. Flexibility for mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays is essential for this role.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years of age or older (18 years of age or older, depending on role requirements)
• Prior retail, stocking, or customer service experience preferred
• Ability to operate equipment such as pallet jacks, balers, and box cutters following training and safety guidelines
• Basic math and communication skills required
• Ability to read, write, and follow instructions in English
• Availability to work a flexible schedule including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Compliance with company policies including safety, sanitation, and dress standards

Responsibilities

• Keep the store clean, organized, and easy to shop
• Help customers locate items, answer questions, and maintain a welcoming environment
• Stock shelves, rotate products, update pricing or signage, and maintain backroom organization
• Handle inventory and operate across departments to keep displays in good condition
