Job summary

Albertsons Companies Inc. operates Safeway stores and is seeking a Retail Sales and Store Support team member to keep the store clean, organized, and easy to shop. You will assist customers, restock shelves, rotate products, and maintain displays and backrooms to support a smooth shopping experience.

The role requires good communication, reliability, and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Flexible scheduling and benefits are provided to eligible employees.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years of age or older (18 depending on role requirements)
• Prior retail, stocking, or customer service experience preferred
• Ability to operate equipment such as pallet jacks, balers, and box cutters following training and safety guidelines
• Basic math and communication skills required
• Ability to read, write, and follow instructions in English
• Availability to work a flexible schedule including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Compliance with company policies including safety, sanitation, and dress standards
