Job summary

Albertsons Companies Inc. is seeking a Retail Sales and Store Support team member to help keep the store clean, organized, and easy to shop. You will assist customers, locate items, and maintain welcoming environments across departments.

The role includes stocking shelves, updating signage, and maintaining backroom organization, with a fast-paced, varied day across different areas of the store. Prior retail or customer service experience is preferred, and flexible schedules are available.

Qualifications

• Clear, helpful communication when assisting customers and answering questions.
• Experience placing products on shelves, facing items, and maintaining display standards.
• Familiarity with store layout, pricing, and general merchandise across departments.
• Accuracy in pricing, labeling, product rotation, and removing outdated items.
• Managing multiple tasks while maintaining clean, organized work areas.
• Monitoring product levels and assisting with restocking and ordering processes.
• Handling tools such as pallet jacks, box cutters, or handheld devices following safety guidelines.
• Comfort moving between tasks, departments, and priorities throughout the shift.
• Comfort with standing and walking for extended periods, lifting up to 60 lbs., and working in varying environments including backroom and outdoor areas.

Responsibilities
