Job summary

Albertsons Companies is seeking a Retail Sales and Store Support team member to help keep the store clean, organized, and easy to shop. You will assist customers, locate items, answer questions, and maintain a welcoming environment across departments.

You’ll stock shelves, rotate products, update pricing or signage, and uphold backroom organization. The role involves handling inventory, working across teams, and staying active in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years of age or older (18+ depending on role)
• Prior retail, stocking, or customer service experience preferred
• Ability to operate equipment such as pallet jacks, balers, and box cutters following training and safety guidelines
• Basic math and communication skills required
• Ability to read, write, and follow instructions in English
• Availability to work a flexible schedule including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Compliance with company policies including safety, sanitation, and dress standards
