Job summary

Albertsons Companies Inc. is seeking a Retail Sales and Store Support team member to keep the store clean, organized, and easy to shop. You will help customers locate items, answer questions, and maintain a welcoming environment across multiple departments.

You will stock shelves, rotate products, update signage, and maintain backroom organization while supporting inventory and store standards in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years of age or older (18 depending on role requirements).
• Prior retail, stocking, or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to operate equipment such as pallet jacks, balers, and box cutters following training and safety guidelines.
• Basic math and communication skills required.
• Ability to read, write, and follow instructions in English.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Compliance with company policies including safety, sanitation, and dress standards.
