Albertsons Companies Inc. is seeking a Retail Sales and Store Support team member to help customers, stock shelves, and keep the store clean and welcoming. You will assist customers in locating items, answer questions, and maintain orderly departments to create a smooth shopping experience.

You will also restock products, update signage, and support backroom organization while adapting to a fast-paced environment. This role suits someone who enjoys variety and helping others throughout shifts.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years of age or older (18+ depending on role)
• Prior retail, stocking, or customer service experience preferred
• Ability to operate equipment such as pallet jacks, balers, and box cutters following training and safety guidelines
• Basic math and communication skills required
• Ability to read, write, and follow instructions in English
• Availability to work a flexible schedule including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Compliance with company policies including safety, sanitation, and dress standards
