Shoe Sensation is seeking an energetic Retail Store Manager to drive sales and create exceptional customer experiences. You will lead a team, optimize operations, and ensure the store reflects the brand's commitment to service and value.

This full-time role requires strong communication, staff development, and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced retail environment. A valid driver's license is preferred for banking duties and local store responsibilities.

Shoe Sensation is looking for an energetic Retail Store Manager who loves talking to people, thrives in sales, and leads with confidence. Our managers treat the store like their own—driving results, building strong teams, and creating Sensational customer experiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the store team to achieve sales and service goals
• Deliver outstanding customer service from greeting to checkout
• Recruit, hire, train, and develop team members
• Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and merchandising standards
• Process freight and execute seasonal floor sets
• Create and publish weekly store schedules
• Manage daily deposits and bank runs
• Maintain proper staffing levels based on business needs
• Support community events, local partnerships, and charitable initiatives
