Responsibilities

• Assist in l eading and motivate the store team to achieve sales and service goals
• Deliver outstanding customer service from greeting to checkout
• Assist in r ecruiting, hiring, training, and develop team members
• Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and merchandising standards
• Process freight and execute seasonal floor sets
• Assisting in c reating and publish weekly store schedules
• Manage daily deposits and bank runs
• Assist in m aintaining proper staffing levels based on business needs
• Support community events, local partnerships, and charitable initiatives

Qualifications
