Fashionphile is hiring a retail associate at the One Paseo, CA location. You will open/close the store, deliver excellent service, manage cash, merchandising, and inventory, and support leadership while guiding team members on shift.

This role requires flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays, with opportunities for uncapped commission and competitive benefits. Apply to join a dynamic luxury re-commerce team.

Formación

• Previous retail experience; lead or Keyholder responsibilities preferred.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Basic math and cash-handling skills.
• Tech savvy with the ability to work with multiple tech devices, google drive and apple products.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and move throughout the sales floor.

Responsabilidades

• Opening and closing the store according to company procedures and safety protocols.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and strive to meet sales goals.
• Assist store leadership with daily operations, cash handling, merchandising, and inventory control.
• Serve as a point of contact for associates, providing guidance and resolution during shifts.
• Assist in training and onboarding of new team members.
• Address customer concerns promptly and professionally; escalate when needed.
• Contribute to a positive team environment by recognizing performance.

About the Opportunity

• Opening and closing the store in accordance with company procedures, ensuring security and safety protocols are followed
• Leading by example in delivering exceptional customer service and achieving sales goals
• Supporting store leadership in overseeing daily operations, including cash handling, merchandising, and inventory control
• Serving as a point of contact for store associates, providing guidance, support, and problem resolution during shifts
• Assisting in training and onboarding of new team members
• Addressing customer concerns promptly and professionally, escalating issues to management when necessary
• Contributing to a positive team environment by motivating and recognizing team performance.

Pay Rate: This position begins at $20/HR for all New Hires into FASHIONPHILE's One Paseo, CA location. This role is also eligible for uncapped commission.
