- Collaborate with Sales Floor Managers and Department Leaders to foster a high‑energy sales culture that celebrates wins and drives results.
- Meet or exceed an average sales per hour (SPH) goal of $400 and achieve monthly revenue targets, daily goals, and key performance indicators in a metrics‑driven environment.
- Act as a peer coach, training team members on selling strategies, service standards, and product knowledge to ensure a consistent customer experience.
- Use CRM and design applications to nurture customer relationships and secure both immediate and future sales.
- Model thoughtful questioning, trust‑building, and personalized experiences for every customer.
- Leverage a deep understanding of Wayfair’s in‑store and online assortment to help customers find the right solution.
- Support operational excellence by assisting with floor sets, restocks, substitutions, and maintaining a welcoming environment.

Qualifications
