Responsibilities

• Provide extraordinary customer service as outlined in the customer service manual, helping customers as they enter the store and assisting multiple customers during peak periods.
• Promote and sell services and merchandise offered by the organization.
• Consistently set goals to grow and improve selling skills and track overall sales.
• Uphold all company policies, procedures, and standards as listed in the manuals and memos.
• Assist in daily store operations, including completing work lists, weekly shipments, and store maintenance.
• Utilize product knowledge to present merchandise and promote sales.
• Consistently achieve and/or exceed sales targets and goals.
• Identify merchandise needs and communicate pricing concerns and operational issues to store management.
• Attend staff meetings and tech clinics for the store.
• Protect company assets and information by ensuring internal controls and reporting potential fraud.
