Rent-A-Center is hiring for a Sales Assistant Manager to drive sales through rental agreements and new business while delivering exceptional customer service. The role involves in-store and in-home activities, including deliveries and pickups, with a focus on maintaining a welcoming store environment.

The position requires 1–3 years of retail or customer service experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of retail/customer service, sales, or collections experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid state driver's license and good driving record — You WILL be driving the company vehicles.
• Ability to lift and move product such as furniture, electronics, and appliances.
• Great communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Sales: Drive growth through completed rental agreements and new business/customer prospecting.
• Customer Service: Deliver friendly, top-notch service with a white-glove approach in stores and at customers' homes.
• Deliveries & Pickups: Load/unload and install products safely, following all handling and transport procedures.
• Merchandising: Keep the store inviting, organized, and clean for customers and coworkers.
