Job summary

Rent-A-Center is hiring a Sales Assistant Manager to drive sales growth through rental agreements and to deliver exceptional customer experiences in our stores and with customers at home. The role includes deliveries, pickups, and maintaining an inviting product presentation.

You will lead merchandising efforts, ensure quality customer service, and participate in the everyday operations that keep our locations performing at a high level.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of retail/customer service, sales, or collections experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid state driver\'s license and good driving record — You WILL be driving the company vehicles.
• Ability to lift and move product such as furniture, electronics, and appliances.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Sales growth through completed rental agreements and prospecting new customers.
• Provide friendly, top-notch customer experiences through white-glove service.
• Deliveries & pickups including loading/unloading and installation of products.
• Merchandising: maintain an inviting store and organized product displays.
