Job summary

Rent-A-Center is hiring a Sales Assistant Manager to drive sales and deliver exceptional customer experiences in our stores. You will help customers with rentals, coordinate deliveries and pickups, and maintain a welcoming sales floor.

We value strong communication and reliability. A HS diploma and valid driver's license are required, with opportunities for advancement within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of retail/customer service, sales, or collections experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid state driver’s license and good driving record — You WILL be driving company vehicles.
• Ability to lift and move product such as furniture, electronics, and appliances.
• Great communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Sales: Grow sales through completed rental agreements and prospecting new business and customers.
• Customer Service: Provide friendly, top-notch experiences with a servant's heart in stores and in customers' homes.
• Deliveries & Pickups: Load/unload and install products safely and compliantly.
• Merchandising: Keep the store inviting and organized for customers and coworkers.
