Rent-A-Center is seeking a Sales Assistant Manager to grow sales through rental agreements and to provide exceptional customer service in stores and customers' homes. You will participate in deliveries and pickups, while maintaining attractive merchandising and a welcoming store environment.

Minimum requirements include 1–3 years in retail or customer-facing roles and a high school diploma or equivalent. A valid driver’s license and willingness to drive company vehicles are needed.

Qualificações

• 1-3 years of retail/customer service, sales, or collections experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to drive and perform delivery/assembly tasks as needed.

Responsabilidades

• Sales: grow revenue through rental agreements and prospecting new customers.
• Customer Service: deliver friendly, high-quality service in-store and at customers' homes.
• Deliveries & Pickups: handle loading/unloading and installation while following safety procedures.
• Merchandising: keep the store inviting and product organized.
