Job summary

Rent-A-Center is seeking a Sales Assistant Manager to drive sales growth through rental agreements and to provide exceptional customer service in our stores and customers' homes.

You will handle deliveries, pickups, and merchandising duties, maintaining an inviting, organized store environment while delivering white-glove service to customers. This role requires at least 1–3 years in retail or related fields, a high school diploma, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of retail/customer service, sales, or collections experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid state driver's license and good driving record – You WILL be driving the company vehicles.
• Ability to lift and move product such as furniture, electronics, and appliances.
• Great communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Sales: grow revenue through completed rental agreements and new customers.
• Customer Service: deliver friendly, top-notch experiences with a servant's heart in stores and in customers' homes.
• Deliveries & Pickups: assist with loading/unloading and installation following safety procedures.
• Merchandising: maintain an inviting store with organized product and cleanliness.
