uBreakiFix by Asurion in Cincinnati is seeking a Part‑Time Retail Sales & Service Advisor. You will greet customers, drive sales of accessories, protection plans, and refurbished devices, and provide excellent service in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.

Formación

• 1+ year of customer service or retail sales experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Sales-driven mindset in a fast-paced environment.

• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Passing background check (criminal and drug test).
• Experience in wireless/electronics or service-based retail is preferred.

Responsabilidades

To be successful at uBreakiFix, you'll bring

• 1+ year of customer service or retail sales experience. We'll teach you the tech.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a natural ability to connect with people quickly.
• Sales-driven mindset with the focus to perform in a fast-paced environment.
• Natural ability to recommend solutions and handle objections without being pushy.
• Basic technical curiosity and willingness to learn our product offerings.
• Experience in wireless, electronics, hospitality, or service-based retail (preferred).
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• A passing background check (criminal and drug test)
