uBreakiFix by Asurion is hiring a Part-Time Retail Sales & Service Advisor for The Gulch. You’ll be the welcoming face of the store, helping customers choose products and protect their devices while earning based on performance.

No repair work, ever, and you’ll join a team invested in your growth. No repair work required; we provide thorough product training, ongoing coaching, and a clear path to advancement.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of customer service or retail sales experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Sales-driven mindset with the ability to perform in a fast-paced environment.
• Natural ability to recommend solutions and handle objections without being pushy.
• Basic technical curiosity and willingness to learn our product offerings.
• Experience in wireless, electronics, hospitality, or service-based retail preferred.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Passing background check.

Responsibilities

• Be the welcoming face of the store and set the tone for the customer experience.
• Manage device check-in and check-out accurately and efficiently.
• Drive sales of Connected Home products, protection plans, accessories, and refurbished devices.
• Answer incoming calls and assist customers with service inquiries, pricing, and product information.

• Merchandise the accessory wall and maintain retail display standards.
• Generate leads, follow up on open opportunities, and drive Google reviews.

What's expected of you

• Answer incoming calls and assist customers with service inquiries, pricing, and product information.
• Educate customers on products, services, and available solutions, so they leave knowing more than when they arrive.
• Take ownership of customer escalations: resolve them confidently and professionally.
• Merchandise the accessory wall and maintain retail display standards.
• Generate leads, follow up on open opportunities, and actively drive Google reviews.

To be successful at uBreakiFix, you'll bring 1+ year of customer service or retail sales experience. We'll teach you the tech.
