uBreakiFix by Asurion in Fairfield, OH is seeking a Retail Sales & Service Advisor. This front-of-house role focuses on selling with a paycheck that rewards performance, no repairs required.

Starting pay is $17.00/hr base plus performance-based incentives. You’ll join a growth-minded team that provides training, benefits, and a clear path to advancement within the company.

Formación

• 1+ year of customer service or retail sales experience.
• We’ll teach you the tech.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a natural ability to connect with people quickly.
• Sales-driven mindset with the focus to perform in a fast-paced environment.
• Natural ability to recommend solutions and handle objections without being pushy.
• Basic technical curiosity and willingness to learn our product offerings.
• Experience in wireless, electronics, hospitality, or service-based retail (preferred).
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Be the welcoming face of the store. Greet customers and set the tone for their experience.
• Manage device check-in and check-out accurately and efficiently.
• Drive sales of Connected Home products, protection plans, accessories, and refurbished devices.
• Answer incoming calls and assist customers with service inquiries, pricing, and product information.
• Educate customers on products, services, and available solutions.
• Take ownership of customer escalations: resolve them confidently and professionally.
• Merchandise the accessory wall and maintain display standards.
• Generate leads, follow up on opportunities, and drive Google reviews.
