Job summary

Ace Hardware is seeking a friendly Retail Sales Representative to deliver outstanding service to local customers. You will greet shoppers, help them find products, and introduce them to new lines while keeping the floor stocked and inviting.

You will upsell and cross-sell where appropriate, handle returns politely, and collaborate with the team to ensure a smooth, satisfying shopping experience. A high school diploma and strong communication skills are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; marketing-related BS is a plus.
• Experience in retail sales or similar role is advantageous.
• Familiar with visual merchandising and storefront presentation.
