Retail Sales Representative

MarketSource is currently seeking a full-time Retail Sales Representative to work at major retailer locations. The role focuses on increasing sales and revenue within the wireless ecosystem: electronics, mobile phones, accessories, and digital services. As a full-time sales representative, you will proactively approach customers within retail stores, assisting with wireless product and accessory sales while delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales:

• Drive sales productivity and customer satisfaction by promoting wireless products, accessories, and services.
• Engage in side-by-side selling with retail associates.
• Participate in in-store promotions and coordinate with relevant personnel.
• Take part in wireless sales events at retail locations.

Training:

• Maintain a thorough knowledge of multiple carriers' wireless products and services.
• Attend requested training sessions and conference calls.
• Review new product and service offerings from our client retailer.

Relationship Development:

• Establish and manage key relationships within the program.
• Develop positive business relationships with retail store management and staff.

Additional Job Requirements:

• Physical ability to perform tasks involving bending, stooping, reaching, twisting, lifting, pushing, pulling, walking, standing, and moving items.
• Ability to move around the store, assist customers, and maneuver merchandise as needed.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
