Retail Sales Representative

MarketSource is currently searching for a full-time Retail Sales Representative to work at major retailer locations. This position aims to increase sales and revenue within the wireless ecosystem, including electronics, mobile phones, accessories, and digital services. As a full-time sales representative, you will proactively approach customers within retail locations, assist in wireless product and accessory sales, and provide excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales:
   • Drive sales productivity and customer satisfaction by promoting wireless products, accessories, and services.
   • Engage in side-by-side selling with retail associates.
   • Participate in in-store promotions and coordinate with store personnel.
   • Take part in wireless sales events at retailer locations.
2. Training:
   • Maintain knowledge of multiple carriers' wireless products and services.
   • Attend training sessions and conference calls as required.
   • Review new product and service offerings from our client retailer.
3. Relationship Development:
   • Establish and manage relationships within the program.
   • Develop positive relationships with retail store management and staff.

Additional Job Requirements

• Physical ability to perform tasks requiring bending, stooping, reaching, twisting, lifting, pushing, pulling, walking, standing, and moving merchandise.
• Ability to move around the store, assist customers, and handle merchandise as needed.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
