Retail Sales Representative

MarketSource is currently seeking a full-time Retail Sales Representative to work at major retailer locations. The role focuses on increasing sales and revenue within the wireless ecosystem, including electronics, mobile phones, accessories, and digital services. As a full-time sales representative, you will proactively approach customers within retail locations, assist in various wireless product and accessory sales, and deliver exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales:
   • Drive sales productivity and customer satisfaction by promoting wireless products, accessories, and services.
   • Engage in side-by-side selling with retail associates.
   • Participate in in-store promotions and coordinate with relevant personnel.
   • Contribute to wireless sales events at retailer locations.
2. Training:
   • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of multiple carriers' wireless products and services.
   • Attend requested training sessions and conference calls.
   • Review new product and service offerings from our client retailer.
3. Relationship Development:
   • Establish and manage key relationships within the program.
   • Develop and maintain positive relationships with retail store management and staff.

Additional Job Requirements:

Must have the physical ability to perform tasks that may involve prolonged bending, stooping, reaching, twisting, lifting, pushing, pulling, walking, standing, and moving merchandise. Ability to move around the store, assist customers, and maneuver merchandise as needed. Performs additional duties as assigned.
