Retail Sales Representative – Part Time

MarketSource is currently searching for a part-time Retail Sales Representative to work at major retailer locations. This position aims to increase sales and revenue within the wireless ecosystem: electronics, mobile phones, accessories, and digital services. As a part-time sales representative, you will proactively approach customers within retail stores, assist in wireless product and accessory sales, and provide exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales:
   • Drive sales productivity and customer satisfaction within retail locations on various wireless products, accessories, and services.
   • Engage in side-by-side selling with retail associates.
   • Participate in in-store promotions and coordinate with relevant personnel.
   • Participate in wireless sales events at retailer locations.
2. Training:
   • Maintain sound knowledge of multiple carriers' wireless products and services.
   • Attend requested training sessions and conference calls.
   • Review new product and service offerings from our client retailer.
3. Relationship Development:
   • Establish and manage critical relationships within the program.
   • Develop and maintain positive business relationships with retail store management and employees.
4. Additional Job Requirements:
   • Physical ability to perform tasks that may require prolonged bending, stooping, reaching, twisting, lifting, pushing, pulling, walking, standing, and moving items.
   • Ability to move around the store, assist customers, and handle merchandise as needed.
   • Perform additional duties as assigned.
