Pella Windows and Doors SW is seeking a full-time Retail Sales Representative in El Paso, TX. You will meet with homeowners, present premium windows and doors, and close sales to achieve strong earnings through commission.

A sign-on bonus is paid out over six months, with a supportive team assisting your growth. Shifts vary with a flexible schedule within our operating hours; a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required to access customer sites.

WHAT ARE THE HOURS?

Shifts vary to meet business needs, but you'll enjoy a flexible schedule within our business hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and Saturday, 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM.
