Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in sales coordination or related role; retail/consumer products experience preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; ERP/CRM or customer portal systems a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day sales support for retail accounts, including requests, product info, pricing, promotions, and program updates.
• Assist development, execution, and measurement of annual customer business plans and sales initiatives.
• Maintain accurate customer, item, pricing, and promotional data across internal systems and portals.
