Turning Leaf LLC is seeking a motivated Retail Sales Representative to provide excellent customer service in our Wisconsin store. You will assist in daily operations, engage customers, and support store leadership while upholding company standards and sales targets.

Responsibilities include inventory, cash handling, merchandising, and ensuring a welcoming, well-organized store environment. Weekend availability and a friendly attitude are a must for growth and advancement opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school degree or equivalent.
• Experience in retail sales or similar role is a plus.
• Ability to stand/walk for long periods.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Familiarity with visual merchandising.
• Ability to stock and restock shelves.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Good organization skills.
• Positive and friendly attitude.
• Team-oriented mindset.

Responsabilités

• Assist Store Manager in daily operations to meet or exceed targets.
• Operate cash drawer and verify cash/credit amounts.
• Conduct inventory counts and report variances.
• Attend team meetings and set an example for others.
• Maintain store cleanliness and organization.
• Follow all company policies and report concerns to management.
• Communicate with customers and assess their needs.
• Analyze customer behavior and adjust in-store sales strategies.
• Address and resolve customer complaints and maintain marketing consistency.
• Verify store security at closing and handle age-restricted product deliveries.
