Turning Leaf LLC in Minnesota is expanding and seeks a qualified retail sales representative to provide our customers with outstanding service in a fast-paced cannabis, vapor, wellness and CBD retail environment. You will support store managers, engage customers, handle sales, maintain merchandising, and help foster a welcoming atmosphere that encourages repeat visits.

The role emphasizes teamwork, communication and a positive attitude to deliver consistent, confident service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in retail sales is a plus.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager and Assistant Manager in daily operations and meet/exceed targets.
• Coordinate daily customer service and sales processes.
• Operate cash drawer and count back change.
• Conduct inventory counts and report variances.
• Maintain store cleanliness and organization per company standards.
• Support store and regional managers and initiatives.
• Engage with customers and identify their needs to drive sales.
• Address customer complaints and resolve issues effectively.
