Turning Leaf LLC is a leading Midwest CBD and vapor retailer with ten locations and we are growing. We are seeking a qualified retail sales representative to provide our customers with outstanding service.

A great candidate will have strong communication skills, a positive and friendly attitude, and the ability to delight customers while supporting store and regional managers. This role contributes to a welcoming shopping experience and drives sales through effective customer engagement.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills and a friendly, helpful approach are essential.
• Good problem-solving and organizational abilities help meet store targets.
• Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work with managers and staff.
• Familiarity with visual merchandising supports product presentation and displays.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager and Assistant Manager in daily operations and to meet or exceed target metric objectives
• Coordinate daily customer service operations (e.g. sales processes)
• Operate cash drawer, performing basic math, counting back change amounts, and verifying cash and credit amounts
• Attend team meetings and act as a store representative
• Ensure store cleanliness and organization per company standards
• Communicate with customers and evaluate their needs
• Analyze customer behavior and adjust sales strategies and merchandising in-store
• Address and resolve customer complaints and uphold marketing and visual standards
• Verify store security at closing and sign for shipments of age-restricted products
