Comcast Xfinity is seeking a dedicated retail associate to engage customers in-store, explain product features, and deliver outstanding service while driving sales and customer satisfaction. You will help customers interpret statements, process payments, and promote Comcast/Xfinity products with enthusiasm.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Engaging customers with enthusiasm, demonstrating and explaining product features.
• Providing outstanding customer service with all interactions.
• Meeting or exceeding sales targets and improving customer satisfaction through follow-up and service excellence.
• Assisting customers with account statements and bill payments in-store.
• Answering questions on current/new services and processing general service requests.
• Acting as brand ambassador to promote Comcast/Xfinity products.
• Maintaining detailed product knowledge, including competitive information.
• Fostering a fun, competitive environment and linking products to daily life.
• Adhering to store policies to maintain a consistent, professional environment.
