Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Regular, punctual attendance
• Ability to carry and/or lift 25-pound boxes

Responsibilities

• Engage customers with enthusiasm and explain product features
• Provide outstanding customer service in all interactions
• Meet or exceed sales targets with follow-up and service
• Assist customers with interpreting statements and paying bills
• Answer questions on current or new services and update account data
