Comcast Xfinity is hiring for a Retail Sales role. You will engage customers, demonstrate features, and provide service to meet sales targets while helping customers manage their accounts. Training is provided, and benefits begin Day 1.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Adjusting to a flexible work schedule to meet retail operational needs, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as necessary
• Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance.
• Ability to carry and/or lift 25-pound boxes, and the ability to move around the store constantly.

Responsibilities

• Engaging customers with enthusiasm and explaining product features to enhance their shopping experience.
• Providing outstanding customer service with all interactions and meeting/exceeding sales targets.
• Helping customers interpret and clarify their account statements and pay their bills in-store.
• Promoting Comcast/Xfinity products as brand ambassador and maintaining product knowledge.
