Comcast is seeking a retail associate to engage customers, demonstrate product features, and deliver outstanding service in-store. You will help customers understand their statements, answer questions about services, and promote Comcast/Xfinity products as a brand ambassador.

The role offers on-the-job training, comprehensive benefits, and uncapped commission potential, with a focus on meeting sales targets and delivering great customer experiences in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Willingness to work flexible retail hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays
• Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and move around the store

Responsabilidades

• Engaging customers with enthusiasm, demonstrating and explaining product features to enhance their shopping experience.
• Providing outstanding customer service with all customer interactions.
• Meeting or exceeding sales targets and enhancing customer satisfaction through diligent follow-up and service excellence.
• Helping customers interpret and clarify their account statements and pay their bills in the store.
• Answering questions about current or new services, modifying account data, upgrading service levels, and processing service requests.
• Acting as brand ambassador to promote Comcast/Xfinity products.
• Maintaining expert-level knowledge of Comcast products and services.
• Contributing to a fun and competitive environment to connect products with customers' lifestyles.
• Adhering to store policies to maintain a professional environment.
