Job summary

Comcast Xfinity is hiring a retail sales associate to engage customers, demonstrate product features, and deliver outstanding service in-store. You will explain plans, help with account questions, and promote Comcast/Xfinity products as a brand ambassador.

The role requires a high school diploma, flexible schedule including evenings and weekends, strong attendance, and the ability to lift 25 pounds. Base pay is $16 per hour with uncapped commissions and total target earnings around $24.38 per

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Flexible work schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays as necessary.
• Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance.
• Ability to carry and/or lift 25-pound boxes and move around the store.

Responsibilities

• Engaging customers with enthusiasm, demonstrating and explaining product features to enhance their shopping experience.
• Providing outstanding customer service with all customer interactions.
• Meeting or exceeding sales targets and enhancing customer satisfaction through diligent follow-up.
• Helping customers interpret and clarify their account statements and pay their bills in the store.
• Answering questions on current or new services, making changes to account data, upgrading levels of service, and processing service requests.
• Acting as brand ambassador to promote Comcast/Xfinity products.
• Providing expert-level understanding of technology and Comcast products.
• Maintaining detailed product knowledge, including competitive information.
• Contributing to a fun and competitive environment and connecting products to customers’ lifestyles.
