Job summary

FirstCash, Inc. is seeking entry‑level, full‑time Pawnbroker / Retail Sales Associate for nationwide pawn store locations. You will greet customers, process sales and loans, and contribute to a positive shopping and financial service experience.

Earned wage access, commission on transactions, and supportive benefits accompany a stable full‑time role. Commission can boost earnings beyond hourly pay; stores typically operate 9AM–6PM with some Sunday closures.

Qualifications

• Willingness to work flexible retail hours including weekends.
• Ability to handle cash and process transactions accurately.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Bilingual applicants encouraged; ability to assist diverse customers.
• Minimum age 18 and HS diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Greet and interact with customers to develop rapport and recommend financial solutions.
• Perform cash handling and sales transactions per policy.
• Maintain clean, stocked sales floor and display merchandise.
• Assist with loans and other pawn transactions.
• Communicate effectively with coworkers and managers to ensure positive customer experiences.
• Complete training and adhere to company policies.
