FirstCash is hiring an entry-level, full-time Pawnbroker / Retail Sales Associate to join our nationwide store network. You will greet customers, process sales and loan transactions, and help provide financial solutions while maintaining the sales floor and merchandise displays.

The role offers hourly pay with commission on productivity, access to benefits, and opportunities for growth within the FirstCash team.

Qualifications

• Entry-level, full-time sales associate position.
• Ability to engage with customers and process sales, loans and other transactions.
• Willingness to work in pawn store environment nationwide.

Responsibilities

• Greets and interacts with all customers to develop a rapport to better provide and recommend appropriate financial solutions.
• Performs non-management open/close procedures.
• Keeps the sales floor clean, stocked, and maintains the display of merchandise.
• Performs sales and loan transactions in accordance with established policies, procedures, practices, and regulatory requirements.
• Handles all cash and negotiable items
