Job summary

AT&T is seeking a Retail Sales Consultant to engage customers with personalized sales expertise, guide them through options, and help them understand the latest devices and services. You’ll participate in events, prepare online orders, and reach out to potential customers to grow the business.

The role offers a 40-hour week with a schedule including weekends, and includes both hourly pay and uncapped commission.

Qualifications

• Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus.
• No sales experience? training and coaching provided to help you meet goals.

Responsibilities

• Guide customers through options with a consultative sales approach.
• Be part of the community through events, online orders, and outbound calls.
• Meet and exceed sales targets to earn commission.
• Work a schedule between 9am-9pm, including weekends, with two weeks advance seniority-based planning.
