Job summary
FirstCash is seeking entry-level, full-time Pawnbroker / Retail Sales Associate across nationwide pawn store locations. The role combines customer service with financial transactions, offering an hourly wage plus a commission structure on transactions. Qualifications
- Minimum age 18 years old.
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
- Willingness to work a flexible retail schedule including weekends and holidays.
Responsibilities
- Greet and interact with customers to develop rapport and recommend financial options.
- Perform non-management open/close procedures.
- Keep sales floor clean, stocked, and display merchandise.
- Handle sales and loan transactions per policies and regulations.
- Process cash and negotiable items accurately and securely.
- Assist customers via calls or in person and address inquiries and resolutions.
