Job summary

FirstCash is seeking entry-level, full-time Pawnbroker / Retail Sales Associate in our pawn store locations nationwide. The role offers hourly pay of $12.50 to $15.50 with an easily achievable commission on every transaction you process.

Qualifications

• Minimum Age: 18 years old
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
• Cash handling experience preferred
• Ability to work a flexible retail schedule including weekends and holidays
• Computer literate and able to operate POS systems

Responsibilities

• Greets and interacts with customers to provide and recommend financial solutions.
• Performs sales and loan transactions in accordance with policies.
• Keeps the sales floor clean, stocked, and maintains merchandise displays.
• Handles cash and negotiable items per policies.
• Answer incoming calls per company standards.
• Explain legal aspects of pawn and buy transactions to customers.
• Coordinate with coworkers to create a positive customer experience.
• Complete required training and perform related duties as assigned.
