AT&T in the United States is hiring a Retail Sales Consultant to connect customers with the latest devices and services. You’ll use a consultative sales approach to guide options and help people choose the right solutions.

You’ll work 9am–9pm, including weekends, and may fill online orders or make outbound calls. Prior retail or customer‑facing sales experience is a plus, and we’ll provide tools, training and coaching to help you reach goals.

Qualifications

• Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus.
• No sales experience? We'll provide you with the tools, training and coaching needed to help you meet and exceed your goals!

Responsibilities

• Guide customers through options using a consultative sales approach.
• Fill online orders and make outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
• Work a schedule 9am-9pm, including weekends, with schedules provided 2 weeks in advance.
