Aaron's Sales And Leasing is hiring a Sales Associate in Goodyear. You’ll engage with customers on the showroom floor to help them find exactly what they need, driving sales and delivering excellent service for every guest.

The role includes merchandising, light cleaning, and on-the-floor support; schedule typically spans daytime hours with potential incentive pay based on performance. Starting pay ranges from $15.50 to $16.75 per hour, with eligibility for incentives.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be able to work 9:00 am–8:00 pm shifts.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs on your own and up to 300 lbs with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Help customers select new products.
• Assist with cleaning, organizing and moving merchandise.
• Perform clerical duties including maintaining customer files.
• Maintain a positive sales floor environment.
• Assist customers in person and on the telephone.
