Job summary

Verizon is hiring a full-time Retail Sales Associate to join our store team. You’ll leverage your passion for technology and customer service to grow the network, uncover needs, and present top-down solutions.

You’ll earn $16.00 to $21.00 per hour in base pay plus up to $18,000 a year in commissions if goals are met, with potential top earnings $65,000–$75,500 annually. Benefits start day one, including health, 401(k), and paid time off.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1+ years of relevant sales or customer-service experience.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays with four weeks' notice.

Responsibilities

• Generate retail sales by using passion for technology and customer service to expand the Verizon network.
• Learn customer needs by building connections and asking questions.
• Position product insights and solution recommendations to provide customers with a complete top-down sales solution.
• Close sales with effective communication to fulfill customer needs with simple tech solutions.
• Develop skills through ongoing training in merchandising and inventory, and support store goals.
• Potential to grow customer base with outbound calls/texts to current customers.
