Job summary

Michaels is hiring at our PHX-GILBERT/GATEWAY location in Arizona for a store team member. You will deliver friendly service, help customers find products, and ensure a quick, accurate checkout experience while contributing to maintenance, stocking, and merchandising standards.

Role involves assisting with omnichannel tasks like BOPIS and SFS, participating in truck unloading, planograms, and safety programs.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly customer service, help customers shop our store, and find what they're looking for.
• Ensure all customers receive a fast and friendly checkout experience.
• Complete truck unloading and merchandise duties to maintain a well-merchandised, in-stock store.
• Engage customers on rewards programs and enrollments.
• Assist with Omni channel processes, including Buy Online Pickup in Store and Ship From Store.
• Support shrink and safety programs and adhere to SOPs.
