Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance.
• Ability to lift 25-pound boxes and move around the store.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers with enthusiasm and explain product features to enhance shopping experience.
• Provide outstanding customer service with all interactions.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and follow up for service excellence.
• Assist customers with interpreting accounts and paying bills in-store.
• Answer questions on services, make changes to account data, and process service requests.
• Act as brand ambassador for Comcast/Xfinity products.
• Demonstrate expert-level understanding of technology and Comcast products/services.
• Maintain up-to-date sales product knowledge, including competitive information.
• Contribute to a fun, competitive store environment and connect products to customers’ lifestyles.
