Job summary

Comcast Xfinity retail team is seeking energetic associates to engage customers, explain product features, and deliver outstanding service in a fast-paced store environment.

You will work a full-time, variable schedule including weekends and holidays, with base pay plus targeted commission. The role emphasizes product knowledge, customer care, and brand representation. Training and benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Full-time, variable work schedule including days, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance.
• Ability to carry and/or lift 25-pound boxes and stand/move in the store.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers with energy, explain product features and assist shopping decisions.
• Provide outstanding customer service with every interaction.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and drive customer satisfaction through follow-up and service excellence.
• Assist customers with account statements and bill payments in the store.
• Explain services, make changes to accounts, upgrade levels and process service requests.
• Represent Comcast/Xfinity as a brand ambassador and promote products.
