Job summary

Quality Talent Group in Texas seeks a customer service/sales associate to provide outstanding service to every customer and guest. You will process sales orders, assist with credit applications, and help meet store KPI targets in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include cash handling, assisting with opening and closing, and supporting store operations. Prior customer service or sales experience is preferred; lifting 25 lbs is required.

Qualifications

• Legally authorized to work in the US.
• At least 18 years old.
• Ability to lift, tug, and pull 25 lbs with or without accommodation.
• 1 year customer service and/or sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding service experience for every customer and guest.
• Accurately and efficiently process sales orders, adhering to cash handling protocols.
• Aid customers with credit applications and financing matters as required.
• Meet and exceed sales goals, align to KPI's and performance standards.
• Aid in store opening and closing activities, including cash reconciliation.
