Job summary

Go! Retail Group is seeking a Sales Associate in Texas to deliver friendly, attentive service in a part-time role (up to 20 hours per week).

You will greet customers, guide them through the Five Steps to a Sale, promote current offers, and process transactions at the POS system while leveraging calendars.com and in-store orders to enhance service. This position supports maintaining a welcoming store environment and executing promotions.

Qualifications

• No retail experience is necessary, however at least 3 months of retail experience is a plus.
• Excellent verbal communication skills with a Friendly, professional demeanor.
• Enthusiasm about being an impactful and innovative leader.
• Self-motivated and solution-oriented mindset; open to feedback.

Responsibilities

• Greet every customer when they walk through the entry.
• Execute Five Steps to a Sale at every opportunity.
• Offer current promotions and special offers.
• Operate the Point of Sale system accurately and provide service using calendars.com and in-store orders.
