Job summary

FirstCash is hiring a Part-Time Retail Sales Associate in Houston, TX. You will greet customers, assist with sales, loans, and product inquiries, and help maintain a clean, organized sales floor with attention to safety and compliance.

You will earn $10.00-$14.00 per hour plus commission up to 8% based on performance. Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays; Earned Wage Access after day 2 and employee discounts from day one to maximize value.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Comfortable with basic math and cash handling.
• Experience with retail checkout systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with sales, loans, and product inquiries.
• Explain terms and complete paperwork for pawn/loan services.
• Process sales and loan activity accurately while following guidelines.
• Evaluate merchandise for condition and value to support buying, selling, and loan decisions.
• Maintain a clean, organized sales floor and merchandise displays.
• Handle cash and negotiable items responsibly and securely.
